Aviation
Bombay Sapphire gin, crème de violette, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup compose this stunning aperitif. Served straight up.
Singapore Sling
Created in 1915 at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore, 96 years on and this drink is still a worldwide favourite. Bombay Sapphire gin, Dom Benedictine & maraschino liqueur are shaken with orange & pineapple Juice, fresh lemon, bitters, pomegranate syrup and soda.
Sidecar
Born at The Ritz Hotel in Paris during WWI, this drink is a wartime hero in its own right. Martell VS cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice. Served straight up
Tokyo Ice Tea
The Japanese version of its’ Long Island cousin. Citrus juice, Skyy vodka, Bombay Sapphire gin, Bacardi Superior rum, Midori, Sauza Hacienda and Grand Marnier are shaken and layered over Lemonade.
Manhattan
A welcome import from New York City. Woodford Reserve bourbon is stirred with bitters and vermouth. Served sweet, perfect or dry to suit any taste.
Mojito
Simplicity is bliss. Fresh mint, lime juice, demerara and sugar syrup are mixed with a choice of Bacardi Superior white rum or Brugal Anejo golden rum and topped with soda.
Paloma
This is the biggest selling tequila cocktail in Mexico. Pink grapefruit & lime juice are mixed with a large helping of Sauza Hacienda. Served tall with a salt rimmed glass. No wonder it’s so popular!
El Presidentè
Brugal Anejo rum, Cinzano dry vermouth and Cointreau are shaken with a dash of grenadine and served straight up.
Martini
We think Mr. Bond had it all wrong and prefer our Martini’s stirred, not shaken. Made with either Tanqueray No.10 gin or Belvedere vodka and a splash of dry vermouth. Served with a twist. Please specify if you’d like it ‘dirty’
Bloody Mary
The drink that every hangover craves for. Lemon juice and tomato juice are added to celery salt, black pepper, Worcester sauce, a large splash of Skyy vodka and spiced to your taste using Tabasco sauce.
Bramble
Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup built with crushed ice and is finished off with a drizzle of Crème de Mure. One of our favourite cocktails.

Peach Ice Tea
Pressed lemon juice, sugar syrup and peach puree are mixed with Bombay Sapphire gin and crème de pêche, lengthened with Twinnings English Breakfast tea.
Mango Ice Tea
Lime juice and mango juice are shaken with Finlandia Mango vodka, apricot liqueur and Twinnings Chai Tea.
Raspberry Ice Tea
Fresh raspberries, lemon juice Pimm’s No.1, Chambord, and apricot liqueur are mixed with Twinnings Chai spiced Tea.
Lavender Lych-tea
Fresh lavender and orange juice are added to rose liqueur, Kwai Feh lychee liqueur, Cointreau and Twinnings English Breakfast tea. Floral and refreshing.
Cucumber & Mint Ice Tea
Cucumber and mint are shaken with Zubrowka bison grass vodka and St. Germain and topped with Twinnings English Breakfast tea.

Pomegranate Gin Fizz
A light, crisp, summertime cocktail for the gin lovers. Fresh pomegranate seeds are combined with grenadine, Bombay Sapphire gin, Aperol Italian liqueur and Finlandia Grapefruit vodka. Topped with soda.
Pear & Raspberry Mule
Fresh raspberries and lime juice are shaken with Stolichnaya Razberri vodka and Xantè pear brandy. Floated over ginger beer.
Salamander
Exotic physalis fruit are muddled and shaken with lime juice, Bacardi Gold rum, peach and apricot liqueurs, guava juice and lemonade. Fruity and refreshing.
Kiwi & Elderflower Cooler
Well balanced, delicate, fruity and refreshing. Muddled kiwi fruit, pressed lemon juice, Marsanne Viognier white wine, elderflower liqueur and Velvet Falernum are shaken and topped with soda.
Life’s a Peach
Pressed lemon juice, peach puree, Plymouth gin, Xantè and peach liqueur are shaken and topped with lemonade. A refreshing cocktail invented with the warm summer nights in mind.
Mango Rum Punch
Lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters are mixed with Bacardi Superior rum, Koko Kanu coconut rum and mango and orange juices. Truly addictive.
J
oe’s Pimm’s
Fresh orange juice, mint, strawberries and bitters are shaken with Plymouth gin, cherry liqueur and sweet vermouth. Topped with ginger ale.
Black Forest
Raspberry jam and black pepper are shaken with Belvedere Raspberry vodka and Cherry Marnier. Topped with apple juice.
Pineapple Express
Fresh pineapple, lime juice, vanilla sugar, Havana Especial, apricot liqueur and orange juice. A fruity little number to suit any taste.
Solero
A Tokyo favourite. Pressed lime juice and mango puree are added to Skyy vodka, Mozart white chocolate liqueur, orange juice and pineapple juice.
Traditional Lemonade
Pressed lemon juice, sugar syrup. Limoncello and Skyy vodka are lengthened with soda.
Tokyo Zombie - £7.50
The Zombie is an incredible tiki cocktail that packs a punch. Tokyo Grog (a mixture of rums) is added it to Cointreau, apricot liqueur, grenadine and lime juice. (Max. x 2 per person due to the strength).

Vanilla Sky
Fresh mint, honey dew melon and a squeeze of runny honey are shaken with a large helping of Stolichnaya vanilla vodka. Easy sipping for vodka fanatics.
Grapefruit 428
Angostura bitters and orange bitters are muddled with vanilla sugar and grapefruit juice and shaken with Ocho Reposado tequila and apricot liqueur.
Frankly Pear
Lime juice and pear puree are shaken with Gosling’s Black Seal rum and Grey Goose pear vodka and finished with an apple foam float. A fantastic balanced martini.
Secret Garden
Cucumber is muddled and shaken with Hendrick’s gin, St. Germain elderflower liqueur and apple juice to bring a subtle freshness to this drink. Made for the Tokyo terrace.
Lavender & Rose Martini
Pressed lemon juice and fresh lavender are combined with Stolichnaya raspberry vodka, rose & elderflower liqueur and a splash of apple juice. A well-balanced, delicate, floral martini.
El Perro
Fresh physalis are muddled with lime juice, a hint of caramel syrup, Pampero Especial Venezuelan rum, Grand Marnier and pineapple juice. A unique take on the classic Daiquiri.
Italian Finnish
A well-balanced, crisp martini with a strong grapefruit flavour. Fresh grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, Bombay Sapphire gin, Aperol Italian bitter orange liqueur and Finlandia Grapefruit vodka.
Humming Bird
Lime juice, Koko Kanu coconut rum, pineapple juice, banana liqueur and Mozart white chocolate liqueur make this cocktail a favourite for the summer months.

Apricot & Peach Julep
Our summer spin on the classic Julep cocktail. Fresh mint, sugar syrup, Buffalo Trace bourbon, and apricot and peach liqueurs make this a strong success. Served in a julep cup.
Clockwork Orange
This exquisite old fashioned styled drink comprises Vanilla sugar, pressed orange juice, Woodford Reserve, Grand Marnier and Tuaca brandy liqueur. Good things come to those that wait.
Beneath the Trees
This drink is set to be the new Tokyo favourite. Pressed lemon juice, fresh strawberries and a splash of orgeat are mixed with Belvedere raspberry vodka and strawberry liqueur. A sensational cocktail.
Rosehip Negroni
We’ve put our own take on the classic Negroni cocktail. Rosehip cordial, Plymouth gin, Aperol and Cinzano Rosso are stirred to perfection. One for the gin lovers and those who don’t like it sweet.
Raspberry Crusta
The ‘Crusta’ is a classic brandy cocktail from New Orleans dating back to around 1850. We’ve reconstructed it with a twist. Pressed lemon juice, sugar syrup, fresh raspberries, bitters, Remy Martin VSOP and maraschino liqueur. Served with a sugar rim.
Blackberry Smash
Blackberries, mint, Buffalo Trace bourbon, apricot and blackberry liqueurs compose this strong and fresh summer drink.
Above Par
Auchentoshan 3 Wood single malt is stirred along with Drambuie, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur and a splash of almond syrup. Not for the faint of heart.
Mango Caipirinha
Pressed lime juice, mint, passionfruit and vanilla sugar are mixed with a large helping of Sagatiba Velha Cachaça, mango juice and a dash of lemonade.

French 75
Sugar syrup and lemon juice are combined with Bombay sapphire gin, topped with Lanson Black Label champagne and garnished with a cocktail cherry. Fresh, elegant and a true champagne classic.
Bellini
A classic fruity blend of peach puree, peach liqueur, lemon juice and champagne.
Classic Champagne
We take a sugar cube, drench it in Angostura bitters, lace it with Martell VS cognac and drown it in Lanson champagne. Pure indulgence.
Kir Royale
A splash of crème de cassis blackcurrant liqueur is added to Lanson champagne to bring a welcome fruity side to the champagne’s dryness.
Tokyo and Tiki-o are available for hire any night of the week.
